Well, I would argue the semantics here. Homosexual people are exclusively attracted to people of the same gender that they are. You really can't be 'a little homosexual' any more than you can be 'a little straight'.
Now, if you are asking if I think most people are a little BIsexual.. then yes. It is a pretty big spectrum of sexual attraction, and even if you narrowed it down to the male/female axis then I think most people fall somewhere in the middle. There are some people who see themselves exclusively at either end of attraction, but I think most of those even have some moments where they see attraction in the other gender, or androgynous people or whatever.
So I think someone being exclusively hetero or homosexual is actually the rarity. Just that, with society the way it is, we are pressured into picking one. To the point where people will even deny that bisexuality exists at all, despite proof of it and historical evidence. Personally I think people are just to concerned about other people's bedroom antics. Do what you like and what feels good, stop worry about everyone else is my motto.
(By the way, I am proudly out as being pansexual. I find my attraction to people is based on their personality, not their sex, gender, race or any of that. I can and have been attracted to people regardless of any of that stuff.)
