Poll: Is Heavy Rain a game?

It's an interactive experience where you get to make choices and direct the characters - so that would be a game in my book.

People give heavy rain a lot of slack, considering, I'd play heavy rain interactive cgi movie or whatever people may call it over yet ANOTHER boring cover based shooter any day. I've had enough of Gears clones over and over and over....

I think it feels more like watching a movie than playing a game.
