But that was like one whole regeneration ago! Just because HE was straight doesn't mean that matt smith isn't going to suddenly develop an interest in gay bondage and leather pubs.swood said:Does no one remember the whole Rose Tyler situation?
Yeah, I voted Bi. Cause, let's face it, all the human characters are aliens. Of course, much like Asari, everyone loves humans. ^^interspark said:edit: we're talking about the current doctor, anything can change after regeneration!
edit: sorry it's a bit late, there's the Bi option

Also, it is suggested at one point that the doctor COULD, in theory, regenerate into a woman. I think all Timelords must be Bi just to deal with that possibility.
This particular Doctor does seem rather gay-er than previous ones. Well, apart from the 2nd Doctor who was totally gay for Jamie.
Also, I really don't think this Doctor is Asexual. If ANY Doctor was asexual, it was the 5th Doctor. He was surrounded by attractive, willing women (and men) and never made a move.
Also, to those saying that Doctor Who is a kids show... WTF?!? A TV series with a higher corpse count does not exist. If Doctor Who is a kids show, then Saw is family entertainment.
Except that Captain Jack is gay (or bi?) and the end of the most recent episode featured a man stating that he wanted to marry a manHerbertTheHamster said:I really doubt the BBC would dare to air that, considering doctor who is a family/kids show.

Pfft...Funkysandwich said:Why does everyone with an extroverted personality have to be gay now?
He's omnisexual, actually.Zaverexus said:Except that Captain Jack is gay (or bi?) and the end of the most recent episode featured a man stating that he wanted to marry a manHerbertTheHamster said:I really doubt the BBC would dare to air that, considering doctor who is a family/kids show.
Regarding your edit, River can't have kissed future generations. The events of The Impossible Astronaut, and her reaction to his apparent death, show that she only knows the Doctor in his current incarnation, and once briefly as David Tennant's version before she 'dies'. If she knew him in any other incarnation that hasn't already appeared (none of whom were gay or bi, with the possible exception of the Ninth being bi, though bear in mind that was only ever with Jack), then he couldn't have died as the Eleventh Doctor, because it would make her knowing him in future incarnations completely impossible.interspark said:yes, i could have just said, "is doctor who gay?" but i like to be accurate and correct, ok?
alright, so he flirted with River but he was waving his hands around like Bernard Black on a Saturday when she was kissing him and backed away from her afterwards, also he prances around the place all the time, frequently boasts of men who were attracted to him and described Amy's friend Jeff as "good-looking", i dunno, it's just the feeling i get! what do we think?
also, River frequently kissing the doctor could mostly refer to future regenerations
edit: ok, a lot of people are bringing up stuff like Rose and the doctor's kids, don't forget, we're talking about the current doctor, anything can change after regeneration!

He could be bi...Zaverexus said:Cosplay Horatio said:The Doctor isn't gay.Sindre1 said:He had kids.Evidence gathered.ChildofGallifrey said:In previous series, he's made allusions to his wedding and the fact that he was a father. No, I don't believe so.
Conclusion made.
Not gay.
