Amazing graphics does not always make a good game!
Honestly, graphics are not worth talking about. Some games look better on certain consoles, but it's hit and miss which ones. It's all about how much time and cash the developers put into each port.
And yes, a good PC blows both 360 and PS3 away. Played Crysis, Fallout 3 and Dead Space on a 4870 x2 and 3.8 quad core - amazing! But I should hope so, as it'll cost you five times as much as a console.
OP - don't bother listening to fanboys drivelling on about the miniscule graphical advantages of their console in certain parts of certain games.
I got bored of this cr*p decades ago. Commodore 64 was the winner. Period.
