I have always thought it would be funny if somebody bought a gun and ammo then held up the store, it would be a wonderful moment to me.Housebroken Lunatic said:Heh:omega 616 said:I don't know about evil but I heard they banned the scissor sisters album for explicit lyrics but don't they sell guns and ammo? "We wouldn't dream of selling something that MIGHT teach people naughty language. But selling something that MIGHT ease the job of robbing a store or killing other people in general is O-Kay!"![]()

It depends. Exactly how powerful is that CPU of his? I mean, it probably takes a whole lot of computational power to calculate what exact position his arm holding the gun is in and how the position of the gun in his hand correlates to where the target is standing. And since he's not using the iron sights of most guns but fire from the hip, his only way of actually hitting something that way he would have to do it by "gutfeeling" (or rather having his CPU to calculate exactly how he's holding the gun in relation to where the target is and how that target is moving, since robots don't have "gutfeeling" like we humans do).omega 616 said:Yay, made my day.
Does it seem weird a terminator would need a laser sight?
Not to ruin that but at one point doesn't he blow up a few cars without killing anybody and another time he is carrying a coffin while shotting a mini gun not killing anybody.Housebroken Lunatic said:It depends. Whereas a fitted laser sight might alleviate the computational process a little, since we know that the terminator can see in the infra-red spectrum and could thus use the laser sight as a visual marker a little like certain laser guided missile systems do today when firing his gun without using the iron sights.
Sounds reasonable?![]()
In that he was deliberately ordered not to harm anyone, and did a perfect job of it.omega 616 said:Not to ruin that but at one point doesn't he blow up a few cars without killing anybody and another time he is carrying a coffin while shotting a mini gun not killing anybody.Housebroken Lunatic said:It depends. But I am sure aiming with a handgun is a damn site easier the directing every bullet in mini gun with continuous fire.Sgt Doom said:snip
