definitely fake. That second picture (the medical document) is photoshopped. Look at the text that says leukemia, and compare it to all the other text. It isn't very consistent. Same with the name at the top. The ink on all the other words have sort of bled and smudged. Also, it looks to me like someone added that noise in the background to try to mask the obvious photoshopping.

If he does have Leukemia, then I suppose I feel sorry for him. Not sorry enough to shave my head, I don't care about him that much, but sorry... No matter how much he annoys me.
However, if this is an elaborate prank... I'm a little torn. Tricking a bunch of teenage girls into shaving their heads and falsifying cancer records is a very cruel prank... but damn, it's pretty clever.

I sympathise with the kid, I mean that's a hell of a diagnosis to get at his age. No matter how annoying he may be, or how bad his songs are, at the end of the day if this is true then he's still a kid with cancer and that sucks.

Saying that, I already shaved my head in support of children with lukemia in March for St. Baldricks 2012. I raised a nice chunk of change too.

i hate his music. but honestly. that doesn't mean i am allowed to give a not care. i wouldn't shave my head but i will try to contribute in some way. i do believe EVERYBODY will agree that cancer is bad. i have nothing against Justin. if anything i have something against his fans. who bully and harass others for not being a "beliber" (most pathetic thing i have ever heard about)
Bieber or not. he is still a person. and he deserve to be supported when it comes to fighting this horrible illness

If Justin Bieber got cancer I would be sad. Not because Justin Bieber had cancer.Just that a human being has cancer.
It is a horrible illness with equally horrible treatment. With equally horrible recovery experience.

I would support Cancer awareness regardless. Besides if the statistic of 1 in 3 humans will develop cancer in their life time is correct, everyone will be pretty much aware anyway.

I would find it hilarious if people shaved their hair without understanding why Cancer patients lose their hair.

Is shaving your hair that supportive? If it's your partner or spouse than I can see it being. It's quite a romantic gesture. Your friends or strangers.... it gets a bit creepy.

And if it's a troll. Then it's a new low. Mister troller (if it is a troll), you can stay at my house for a few months and live with my mum who survived cancer and treatment and is now recovery. Almost a year after treatment stopped she is still unbearable to live with. Then perhaps you won't make stupid troll things like this again!

I don't feel sorry for him, why should I, I don't know him and I have no connection to him whatsoever, so what makes him different from all the other people in the world who get cancer? Second thing, no why would I shave my hair to show support? I mean my manager has been recently diagnose with cancer (she's on the treatment at the moment) but you don't see me shaving my hair to show my support for her.

When my old mans hair fell out from cancer treatment i drew on his head at every opportunity with a permanent marker. My family's weird but it's just our way of showing support and having fun ^^

On topic, ere... no i wouldn't and i don't really care if he did have some form of cancer :/ not because i hate his music and what he represents. But because lots of people get cancer everyday and i don't know them from Adam, family and friends getting cancer i care far more about .
