Based on what detail is shown in the "report" it's a falsified one. The blood report looks like a general blood screen (which would not test for leukemia) focusing on the heart, not the blood itself; or the red blood count, white cell count, platelets etc. would be shown. For a blood test to indicate possible leukemia (and therefore reference to a specialist), the white cell count would have to be really low.

TLDR: this is fake, it's a general heart chemistry screen not a blood chemistry screen

Though if someone did shave their head over this I would laugh.
