I have yet to play it, so I wouldn't know what it was like.

I voiced my major concern elsewhere:
What replay value is there in the game once you know how to solve each case?

Looks a bit crap. Don't even like Rockstar's games anyways, so it's no big loss. Cinematic video games are usually a bag of crap aswell, as Fahrenheit and the spiritual sequel have showed me.
Also: You're = You are, Your is the possessive form that you're looking for.

Of course, this game looks unique to any other games, and finally a GTA (?) styled game exept your on the good side for a change...

I really want to because it looks like something that no one else has done before. It looks new and exciting, but that is also the reason I'm a bit apprehensive. I think I will wait for the reviews and if it gets good ones then I will grab it for sure.

I wouldn't if Rockstar hadn't proven so adeptly they can do a serious storyline with little dicking around already, but Read Dead Redemption has made me a fan again.

And it does look like a sweet setting, so yeah, I'll probably get it.

Nah. At least not until it goes on special.

As for the game itself, it looks well done. But I find it thematically uninteresting.

The game looks alright, but it's just not enough to convince me, really.

I don't really have the spare cash to place down for an unknown game - hopefully I'll be safer buying Portal 2.

I honestly don't think so. To me it's just another GTA clone with a twist... that is until I actually get to play the game.

Love the genre, and it looks really, REALLY good. However, I am worried about the total playing time. These days, any game with that kind of story and dialogue depth is bound to hardly exceed 10 hours of playing time. Still, I am really tempted to preorder.

No I won't be buying it because Rockstar aren't releasing it in anyway I can play it. Still waiting for RDR for PC.

EDIT: Oh and what is with the extraneous "e"?

I'd rather the game was 10hrs long than 20hrs with tons of repeated missions, my biggest quarrel with gaming. Don't just duplicate side missions and call the game expansive, lazy funnters

As long as you don't 'guide your way through the game the replay value is immense. There are different outcomes to each case. Compare the replayability sort of like that to a modern RPG (ME and such) there's sort of a good and bad approach..
