Poll: L or Kira? (Spoilers involving Death Note)

I love them both as characters but when asked about taking a "side" with one of them I'd vote L. Kira I adore as a character as I write serial killer/crime novels and he's a wonderful inspiration for them being so calculating and clever, covering every little bit of his tracks.

Kira. His plan was so awesome and perfect.
I do believe that the manga got worse after L died though.

L. But I still like Light. The problem with Light is he's trying to create a utopia. A utopia would be boring. It would also breed overwhelming fear and complacency, which are both not desirable.

KIRA, the show should have ended when L died. Fuck Near and Mello, they aren't cannon in my book.
