Are you guys leaders, followers, or get out of the wayers?

I want to lead, but not have the responsibility. Some person said this to me when I joined his brotherhood:

"Don't join us for some feel of self centered, respect hungry ambition. Join us not for the prestige or honor. Join us because you feel strongly about *this topic*."

I joined them for the prestige.

Anyway. I voted lead.

I lead when I have to, but normally I'm just the nonchalant, lazy guy that doesn't see a point to trying in most situations.

Lead or advise. I'm very good with adviising because I qustion everything leaders do. While I can lead most of the time people I don't like dealing with people that are emotional and unfortunatly that is most people

I would lead if I wasn't too weary about making wrong decisions, also, I hate being in the spotlight. So I'd follow, life is easier with someone telling you what to do, you know what needs to happen.

I'm a leader through and through, and I expect my followers to follow and the get-out-of-the-wayers to get out of my way.

I'm a get out of the way kinda guy, cause shit really doesn't seem to get done unless I do it. But I am also somewhat of a leader

I occasionally end up leading, but I prefer to stay out of the way.

I like to lead if I have enough information on the subject. If I don't but I still have a decent amount of information then I'll follow but have I not even that little then I'll stay out of the way and probably research on the topic if I'm interested in it.

I like to lead but I don't mind if someone else lead because I will argue with them and they will give up

I can lead, and I do enjoy leading.. Hell, sometimes I enjoy the spotlight.. But when a leader fails, EVERYONE that followed you will turn on you.

I'm definitely more of a stay-out-of-the-way-er, but otherwise I follow.

I suck at leading. Hell, whenever I act I decline lead roles and go for prominent secondary roles. (eg Benvolio, Mercutio, or Tybalt in Romeo and Juliet)

I'm more of a second in command kinda guy. I am quite good at being a leader, however, It is quite a bit of work, and doing it for long periods of time gets on my nerves and snaps my concentration like a twig. Being second in command, I can effectively aid the group's overall success, while having the authority to jump in and keep everything together if something were to happen to the usual leader. My ability to switch between tasks quickly is a great asset in this manner. The only downside to this is that if I do not exercise my control of the group often, they will hesitate in following my lead.

I make my own style, in everything I do, I try not to let other peoples opinion cloud my judgement.
in simpletons word: I do not give a flying shit about what thou thinketh.
