I guess I'd get out of the way. I do so much better on my own. At least I like to think so.

...why do you think the Sun rises where it does and not in the North?

That's right, because I told it to. Even celestial bodies follow my wishes.
Commanding the Sun is one thing, but asking followers to follow and get-out-of-the-wayers to get out of the way?

I'm afraid that's beyond even your power.
I don't ask, I inspire.

I just get out of the way. Ill only lead if I'm the most qualified to. Even then though...

if i have a definite aim in mind, i will be a leader. unfortunately, i am by nature fairly aimless, so i often need some basic instructions to follow.

so i suppose second in command.

either that or get out of the way. i have no intrest in a lot of what happens, and i don't want to irritate people by getting in the way (unless they annoy me).

I was once told I'm to insolent to follow, to lazy to lead and getting out of the way...Only if I have a good reason not to be in the way in the first place.

People hate being in charge of me because I rarely help, so I suppose I'm a get-out-of-the-wayer by nature. However, that doesn't mean I can't lead. However, when I do, I'm one of those leaders you sort've love to hate. I shout at everyone, I have no time for idiots, and am constantly angry. Gaming afficionados as many of you are, you might say I lead like Scribe Bigsley does (download Broken Steel for Fallout 3). Another example would be Dr. Cox from Scrubs, for all those TV viewers.

Are you guys leaders, followers, or get out of the wayers?

I want to lead, but not have the responsibility. Some person said this to me when I joined his brotherhood:

"Don't join us for some feel of self centered, respect hungry ambition. Join us not for the prestige or honor. Join us because you feel strongly about *this topic*."

I joined them for the prestige.

Anyway. I voted lead.
me? I OBSTRUCT.

EDIT: anyone who gets the reference gets a cookie.

I lead when I have to, but normally I'm just the nonchalant, lazy guy that doesn't see a point to trying in most situations.
I'm usually like this (nonchalant would be my EXACT choice of words) but when it's something that matters (aka real life situations) then I take up leadership, that way I don't have to blame someone else if something goes wrong and that way it stops me getting annoyed at someone else if something does go wrong.

You are entirely intolerable, sir.

I'm actually a little surprised that "inspire" didn't sparkle with radiant radiancy. (it's in my word calendar)
It's sparkling on my screen like a Twilight vampire on a Summer's Day at the North Pole before I inspired the Sun to go from East to West.

Lead usually, although sometimes I try to let others lead and then I follow.

Grrr... I dont want to post on Mertegs threads but I feel I must grace even his threads with an even amount of attention.

I usually just get out of the way... however I often become a figure of leadership through this... often expected to have a reason for getting out of the way and followed through curiosity or devotion to a "cause" I never started... How confusing people are, loyal though.

I never thought I was the leading type, but since I've been working I tend to boss people about. Infact, I'm not even that much of a leader, I just like getting on with the task at hand, and if that means telling people what to do then I'm all for it.

Lead, because I usually can talk louder than everyone else, but usually wait until I have something to say first.

Follower!

I would gladly lay down my life for a leader, that is competent and takes care of his (yes, I am a sexist - I believe that women make poor leaders [Jean d. Arc - got burned just a reminder]). soldiers/troops/employees. And thus! We will be moved to higher glory! Increased pay! And who knows - TREASURE!

I'm a behind the scenes kind of leader. I'd rather lead, but without the spotlight
Thats pretty much how I go along. If you lead out front your going to catch bullshit, if you can help people along that's OK, but I'm more of the middle between the two, I don't like the spotlight either.
