So just two days ago I downloaded League Of Legends, and I'm already suspended.

You see, they say I left to many games in succession or have been disconnected after being Idle for to long. The problem is I have completed every match I've joined but had to reconnect after the client simply disconnected me from the match or closed the game entirely. There is nothing wrong with my internet connection and there is nothing wrong with my computer, I have nothing running other than League Of Legends. I went to the site to see if there was a chance I could get this suspension repealed and found that I can't, even if it was caused by the game itself.

I was planning on buying a few characters tonight but now I question if I'll even bother playing after the suspensions lifted, because why bother? What's going to happen next time? A week long suspension? A ban? Can you imagine being banned from World Of Warcraft because you disconnected or just had more important things to do? Or any game for that matter.

So, what are your horror stories regarding bad customer service received from gaming companies?

Captcha: What's in your wallet? - "Nothing for Riot Games"
This sort of thing is peer reviewed by other players, through an anonymous process. Having judged a few matches myself, we only get the chat log and some events and stats, so the fact you 'leave' repeatedly then come back before the end of the game is a red flag. e-mail riot and explain the situation.

I honestly just can't get around all the metagame BS that you have to deal with in League.

OT: You could be getting hit with autosuspensions. That would be my guess; my experience with HoN and League has led me to believe that the guys programming the games aren't particularly good at what they do, so I wouldn't be surprised if they implemented a half-assed automated system to deal with new accounts and then called it a day.
Pfft, fuck the meta and play AP Trist and AD Ryze (with manamune)

Or are you one of those people who take the game seriously and want to get to 2k in ranked?
For the kind of game that LoL is, that you can get matched up against someone who has a strictly better character than you because of runes and masteries and summoner spells is a sign of broken design. The principle of it turned me off of the game, because the model is basically pay to win.

Captcha: know your rights

I don't play the game seriously, but I do expect it to be fair.
you are automatched to summoners of a similar level. Runes and Masteries can only be gained through gameplay. RMT (Real Money Transaction) is only used to purchase new champions, skins, or EXP/IP (the currency used to buy runes) gain boots. it is not pay to win.

This does not mean of course you might not run against unfairly more experienced players, or that matchmaking elo bork. And there's always the dreaded premade.

In General: The Tribunal exists because Riot is a small company with a huge user base, they're hiring aggressively but its impossible for them to personally investigate every reported incidence. In the case of perceived wrongdoing, appeal to Riot.

If you thought that was and insult and you reacted that ridiculously, it's no wonder you were suspended. Go to the Tribunal forums. You're not getting anywhere by bitching on an unrelated forum.

I don't report people for bad games. I'm not the best player in the world, myself. I do however report people for acting like total cunts. Much like how you're coming off in your posts. You complaint post is much like all the other complaint posts on the LoL forums. I have over 2000 games played and I've never been suspended. Must be you that's the problem.

As for the "reward for judging," you get rewarded if you vote with the majority. You can get rewarded for pardoning people.
"Post this story on the LoL forums. I want to watch Pendragon shit all over it." How is this not supposed to be insulting. And thanks for further proving my point by hinting that you believe I deserve what happened because of what's happening here, and not in the game.

I'm acting like a **** when you're the one who just ran in hoping to piss me off by talking shit with your first post without providing any information to really contribute to the conversation, troll much? A conversation which by the way you completely fail to comprehend since this was only something that had happened to me and I've not asked for anyone's opinions on it (although I appreciate them) but rather if they've ever had similar experience with bad customer service in gaming. It must be me and none of the dozens of threads filled to the brim with comments consisting of people having problems with the client actually exist right? And I'm sure you're just absolutely certain that the tribunal offers a legitimately fair and unbiased service, being likely dictated by kids on the internet and all. If only all our actual judicial system was governed by children, that'd go over so well wouldn't it?

the leaver thing is automated, and requires at least a couple drops to suspend you.

If you play the game for longer then a couple weeks, you'll realize that there's a good reason for it - when you're playing, and suddenly one of your team mates drops off to go fuck his girlfriend or whatever, you wish not only for that person to be banned, but also for a meteor to fall on his house. He basically lost you the game.

If you can't give LoL the time it needs, then don't bother playing.

If your computer crashes out of LoL, that's not your team mates problem, but you're making it their problem.

It is a strange issue... I don't know why the lol client would just crash like that and give you "leaver" status...
I mean, I'm a regular player and I haven't heard anything like this before... Mind you, I don't really play with anyone I know...

Either way, find the crashlogs and send them to riot, maybe they can find what's causing your bugs to occur...

and OT title is misleading... This -really- isn't anything to do with their customer service, it's about the client being incompatible with something or just a broken download maybe patcher missed a file or something...
Who knows...

League of Legends has bad player support?

HHAAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHA.
NEXON AMERICA.
I've got tickets from 2 years ago STILL WAITING TO BE ANSWERED.

On another note: LoL player support is usually alot nicer. I'll try and contact them for you (Let's just say that I'm a bit of a GD celebrity and one of the most popular Player Support Specialists is on my friends list...*wink wink*)
Try repairing your client too. That could be the problem. Also, I hope your telling the whole story.

Oh and you could've just played with a retarded employee who likes to ban everyone. It happens. Either way, I'm sure that if your telling the truth you'll be fine.
