Poll: Left 4 Dead: Pump-shotgun or Uzi?

I chose both, but i prefer the second shotgun to the first.

and If i use the uzi i get too trigger happy and run out of ammo too quick

Shotgun always. The uzi isn't bad, but it runs out of ammo way to fast.

For me it depends on the difficulty level I usually only use the uzi on expert when its serious

I normally choose the Uzi, but I use the Shotgun when I'm on expert.

Shotgun for me. I tend to be more close quarters anyway, and I tend to actually have shotgun ammo left at the end safe house (when I use the Uzi I run out of ammo maybe half way through). Uzi isn't a bad weapon by any means but I am not good with it, now the assault rifle on the other hand...

Shotgun. Tends to be a lot better at blowing their heads off which is the only true way to kill a zombie.

Honestly, I don't have an etched-in-stone choice.

If the level is longer, I use the Shotgun, because the SMG runs out too quick. But in short fights usually the Shotgun.

Out of your choices, Uzi for the faster firing rate.

But ideally, the Auto-shotgun, for having the best of the above, not to mention sheer stopping power.
You can take down a whole horde with just 5 or so shots from that crowd-control beauty.

Uzi, saved countless survivors from a far off with a quick crouch and burst of the uzi to some infected's head.

But... I haven't played since the whole melee fatigue cooldown was added, which probably made the shotgun a more solid choice.

With the Shotgun, you can practically head shot a zombie from 50 feet if you crouch. It is also very powerful and great against zombies in general.

Might as well be using a pea-shooter than the Uzi. It's so weak you'll be out of ammo before you even get half way to a safe house.
