Boys, they're nicer, play around more and are easy going.

I need an "either" option. If the option existed, I'd say I'm comfortable around "nerds" or "geeks" rather than any specific gender.

Really, it depends on the context. I'm fairly awkward around people in general, at least I feel that way.

I'm more comfortable around other guys (and girls who are "one of the guys") most of the time.

Men. Most are easy to deal with and if your a guy hanging with guys well your going to have more of a fun time than you would around a bunch of women

Meh, I'm *always* alone, but hanging with some women would be nice. I guess thats not going to happen until I tone down my physics puns.

If I had to pick...? Well I'm comfortable with both, I'm a people person like that, but girls, only due to the fact the person who makes me feel comfort is a girl.

There's no option for both?
The person who makes me feel the most comfortable is my girlfriend, so I guess I'll say women, just for that reason.

Hmm, why isn't there no "Both, equally" option?
I'll say women though, just because my girlfriend is my best friend, so hanging out with her would be the most comfortable.

Edit:

Hah, I had no idea I was just paraphrasing exactly what you said.
Hi-five!

I prefer being with guys. I go to an all girls' school and it's just so complicated there. My male friends are relatively simple and they don't say one thing and mean another. Plus they're more fun to be around and most of them don't give unwanted advice. I'm just more comfortable being around guys.

I have alot of sister I hang with and one "Female" friend so I guess I prefer the company of men over women because I choose to be around men where as with the women it's more of a " i kinda have to" thing. I have very little tolerance for "Drama" and the silly things women tend to nit pick over. In a world where my sex likes to focus on the details, I'm more of a big picture kinda gal.

I always feel like men are trying to belittle me, and I have to try censor who I am around women. So I vote alone.
I was very tempted to put "silence!!" in caps as a joke, but I don't want to come off as an ass.

Real shame that you've encountered that so much.

Sometimes I find that if you relax on the whole "mustn't offend anyone" thing, which I have pretty much on all the time then sometimes people can surprise you.

On the other hand, nothing beats being left alone to do as you please for a while.

Well, seeming as I'm the most hideous sight on this planet, yes, even worse than seeing the box office figures for district 9 compared to twilight, and pretty much the entire world is even more shallow than the seven dwarves' swimming pool, almost every girl hates me as soon as setting sight on me. And seeing as I'm not a misogynistic football nut, almost every man thinks I'm retarded.

So yeah, I'm not particularly comfortable around either, unless they would happen to be a few of the last left who aren't like that. XD
I despise rugby and I think football is the most boring thing on the godamn planet.

Just thought I'd let you know, there's hope yet! There are more of us! :p

I really don't want to look at those box office figures now.... they sound painful :-/

EDIT:

Craaaaap, I hate when the double post thing happens...
Apologies!

I'm a guy and I guess I feel more comfortable around guys because I know I won't get slapped for making a "sammitch" joke.

Which is not to say I have trouble talking to women at all.
