Poll: List the following games in order from favorite to least favorite

What an exciting LIST thread, all FPS games I don't play.

I'm going to say Bioshock since it did some interesting things but next time you should put more of a variety in your thread.

Bioshock's one of my favourite games in terms of story and gameplay.
Half-Life 2 has great story and characters and all that.
Gears of War 2 I've only played about three times, but it was really good. With friends, at least.
Halo 3 I've only played about five times, but it gets kinda dull pretty fast.
Call of Duty 4 is filed under "haven't played".


I like how Bioshock's the only game that isn't a sequel.

You really think GoW2 and CoD4 had a better story than Halo 3?

CoD4's story was better than Halo's and didn't take 3 games to tell. I'll admit that Gears 2(got confused cause I read that God of War 2) doesn't have a better story than Halo 3, but I just don't like Halo 3. I'm a fan of Halo 1 though.

Really the story comment was just in regards to the top two and yes, they both have better stories than Halo 3.

CoD4 - The multiplayer was great fun for me.
Half-Life 2 - Good game, I can't enjoy it as much as some people can, but I still like it.
Gears of War 2 - Loved the campaign, shame the multiplayer was horrible compared to the first (in my opinion of course).
Halo 3 - Played it a lot before, but I don't really like the game now.
Bioshock - I'm sorry everyone, but I just couldn't get into it. I tried.

I've never played, nor do I ever plan on playing, GoW2 or HL2. People saying they haven't played CoD4... seriously, what rock have you been living under for the past 2 years? Even if you aren't usually a fan of shooters I can almost guarantee you will like this game.

I'm not a huge online gamer, and I believe that is reflected in my rankings. Somewhat related, FPS is not my favorite genre by a longshot, so take my ranks with a grain of salt. Except for Halo. Halo sucks.

The only game on that list that I really like on that list is Half-Life 2. CoD 4 was pretty good, multi-player was broken and the single-player was short. Gears had fun co-op. Halo 3 has fun multiplayer between friends. I hated BioShock.
