Poll: lurker or commenter?

been a member since november last year and have 2 posts. obviously a huge commenter eh

I often lurk. I find myself wanting to comment, coming up with a thousand brilliant retorts, a million good ideas, and knowledge so deep you'd drow in it.

But then I think "Ah hell, who cares? The few who read it will just go "OMG who rait dis lol too long tl;dr". And then I don't. Write anything that is.

I like the idea of this, but as everyone else said; it's more of a frame of mind than anything else.

I comment on everything that I find interesting. Stuff that I don't find much in common with or don't like I just leave well alone.

I believe I have lurked on this site longer than most, and have given myself a title. Usually by the time I have read through a thread and decided to comment, three people have beat me to it.

I'm kinda in between. If you look at my post count and then look at how long i've been a member you will see that i don't post very often. But i feel like if i have something to say i will say it. guess i'll just call my self a Lommenter.

I often find it rude to not read a whole thread before commenting, trying to keep a thread from being the same thing said over and over, which ends up meaning I read more than comment. I don't feel the need to announce my opinion on every topic.

You fail at lurking, I consider myself a commenter though I am really picky. So maybe you don't fail.

I'm both. I lurk much of the time, and only comment if I feel I have something to add, which isn't all that often. That probably explains why most people get far more posts than me in half the time I've been a member.

Im a lurker...you can tell by my post count definitely....but no sarcasm for once i usually just read what the topic is but not comment
