Once the masses get on any online game, coordination goes out the window. Why do you think so many people snipe?Hazy said:We'll see.Onyx Oblivion said:I want a PS3, but MAG is not one of the reasons. It's gonna disappoint. I'm calling it now.
I've played the beta, and it ran smoothly enough. Every game I was in featured competent allies and coordination. Let's just hope that sticks when it retails.
Again - we can only hope.Onyx Oblivion said:Once the masses get on any online game, coordination goes out the window. Why do you think so many people snipe?Hazy said:We'll see.Onyx Oblivion said:I want a PS3, but MAG is not one of the reasons. It's gonna disappoint. I'm calling it now.

Well, duh. The masses are too busy playing the newest "realistic" shooter to care. And MW2 will stay up there for years to come, too.Hazy said:[sub][*In most cases. I still find TF2 to be strategic, provided we aren't playing on 2Fort.[/sub]
How can you have an "and" question?KillerMidget said:Why doesn't anyone just buy both like they used to? Why have one when you can have plenty?
"Either/or" questions suck. I much prefer "and" questions.
Funny you should mention "realistic" and "newest shooter" in the same sentence, but that's for another time.Onyx Oblivion said:Well, duh. He doesn't say that he doesn't have a PS3, just that he'd be getting ME2 on the 360 rather than PC.ReaperzXIII said:One question...how would you get MAG if it is for the PS3?
Your one of the lucky ones, or maybe I just play on Xbox Live too much...KoreyGM said:I bought a PS3 recently and haven't had this happen yet.Jark212 said:Mass Effect 2, less 12 year olds screaming in your ear...

Hey, you asked."Should I buy MAG and Mass Effect 2?"
Simple: "Should I get MAG and Mass Effect 2?"factualsquirrel said:How can you have an "and" question?KillerMidget said:Why doesn't anyone just buy both like they used to? Why have one when you can have plenty?

I find that outside of the Raven faction, people don't tend to snipe (probably why Raven sucks so much on offense). Judging from that post, it seems unlikely that you've played Planetside (coordinated tank rushes and Gal drops FTW!). I think if MAG has a few months to sort itself out, the uncooperative people will either learn to actually play the game, or just leave. The end result is a smaller player base that actually plays the game the way it was designed to be played.Onyx Oblivion said:Once the masses get on any online game, coordination goes out the window. He/she seems to be able to afford them, and is equally interested in each. Why torment yourself by choosing only one?
So the answer to the question can safely be: Yes.
