I'd employ an Elcor and instruct him to use 'The Chewbacca Defence'.

Either the judge's, the jury's and the prosecution's heads would explode because of the conflicting logics presented by 'The Chewbacca Defence', or the trial would drag on so long that the judge would rule it a mistrial and set me free, or quite possibly the universe would just implode due to multiversal awesomeness.

Either way I wouldn't be going to space prison.

The Reapers, evil creatures set on the destruction of humanity as a whole. Bringing woe where-ever they go! They even employ "doctors" to assist them with their claims! It just happens their claiming your internal organs to make an evil machine.

Also having a reaper sat next to you in a three piece suit and tie would just make you innocent by default!
