Disappointed, Why is there no Elcor on this poll?
Same reason for the lack of Krogan, I just wrote the first races I could think off. They didnt have any room, sowwy. =P

Elcor. They are so damn awesome.

Why did you put Batarian and not "other"? Batarians, first of all, aren't even a used race, and secondly, all suck.

Would've voted Krogan but went for Geth in their absense. How you could forget Krogan and include Batarians is beyond me.

I am on a new playtrough, I was looking at a Batarian. Dont hate me!! D:

With the exception of the poetry one in Illium, krogan are just to bland to me. I cant remember them. Sorry.

i thought it was race as in racing, i do wonder why there's no racing (pods) in mass effect...
In all honesty I dont think that would fit, unless for the right reasons of course. Commander Shephard takes time to help(or not) people, sure. But racing? Nah.

Humans? They're the closest thing to a likable race in the setting.
How dare you? Humans are brash, impulsive, greedy and violent. Asari are generally the people you'd want running the universe, taking a long view, thinking things through with hundreds of years to learn and forge new ideas.

The Geth. The Asari are a bit distant and cold, the Turians are too militaristic, the Batarians and Humans are too quick, greedy, and corrupt, the Hanar are creepy religious zealots, the Volus are too bitter, the Elcor are too conservative, the Krogans are crazy, the Vorcha are crazy, the Quarians are reactionary, biosupremacist racists, and I guess the one Drell you meet is OK, but he has this weird philosophy that he uses to excuse himself from being a murderer. "Oh, I'm just a tool, doing what I'm told. Yeeaaahh... no."

The Geth simply fight for their own survival and keep to themselves, out of not wanting to interfere with anybody's life. Compared to everyone else, they're remarkably well balanced, mentally speaking.

Turians.....because of Saren

I do like Quarians, they have a really interesting backstory, but I've really gone off them since I'm so sick of all the Tali-mancers, I never got what the big deal is with her..yet people go on and on about Tali..!?

Well, in Kotor, Revan had to save the universe, and that didn't interfere into making extra cash for it.

My first three favorites aren't on the list. Krogan, Volus, and Elcor. So I chose human by default.

How were you able to fit the Hanar on the list when they're barely in the game but no Krogen?

This thread is FAIL!

=(

Anyways, anyone ever noticed how in ME2 the Volus were turned into more of a stereotypical goofy comic relief race? I was kinda disappointed at that...=/
