I generally get fed up with whiney idiots in Bioware games ( I had to restart KOTOR before even getting off the first world because Carth annoyed me so much that I had to replay as an evil character.) So I usually go Renegade but with tolerance for my team, party, squad whatever you want to call it. Even in the games where I try to play as a good character there is inevitably one point where I flip out and things get dead.

Both!

That's how it turns out anyway, mostly because it is IMPOSSIBLE to ignore that red button that comes up during conversations sometimes - or as I like to call it, the Button of Badassery.

Paragade for me.

In ME1 I found I was able to have a bit more choice over whether I wanted to be nice to someone or not, even though I usually went for the Paragon choices regardless... In ME2 I felt much more pigeonholed into choosing Paragon since I wanted the best ending.

Nevertheless, I did just finish a full Renegade run and I found it hilarious.

Main Character - Femshep - RENEGADE. Totally badass and awesome to play as. Humanity needs somebody looking out it!

Other Character - M-Shep - PARAGON. Just because it's nice to be loved ^_^

Paragon. I have a bad tick that whenever I do anything bad in a game I feel horrible for it. So it's hard for me to be bad in a moral choice game :/

FemShep #1 - Renegade Infiltrator. Badass sniper type with a tendancy to screw enemies over without much thought. But when it comes to her crew, she is very protective and considerate.

FemShep #2 - Paragon Soldier. Hardass soldier with a bleeding heart bias if it does not interfere with the missions success. Same mentality as the renegade when it comes the crew.

MaleShep #1 - Pure, unfettered Renegade badass (Mark Meer does the dry, sardonic tone better in my opinion) Vanguard.

Paragon. I feel it fits Shep better. I mix it up a bit of course. However I find whenever I go massively Renegade the other characters shoot me down a lot more and I end up looking like an idiot.

Paragon 90%
Renegade 10%

Because sometimes the situation just calls for it.

(And I've only done one play through for each game. My choices are set in stone)

Paragon, I never have the jam to be bad, this also goes for any game, ie Oblivion, KotR, Fallout, Fable, any morality based game....Though my husband plays through first as good, second bad, then if possible neutral....

Paragon. Though I will choose the Renegade option when I think its needed. I also do all of the quick time events, regardless what type it is.

I have a full paragon male and a 90% renegade female. She's a badass, but not heartless, she still defended the Quarian accused of stealing on the citadel, hugged Tali during her loyalty mission and saved the Salarian who was shot during Thane's recruitment.

I've mostly played as paragon, even when I said to myself I'd do a renegade save so I could play things a little different.

Sadly that renegade game pretty much turned into a paragon game, so I consider myself as being quite hopeless when it comes to being the "bad guy".

I'd be more inclined to say Chaotic/Neutral Good, as I'd do whatever was best for the galaxy as a whole, whether it was entirely legal or not. Of the two choices Bioware gives us though, I'd say Paragon, because it was really an 85/15 split.
