My previous post was swallowed, so here is the summary:
You should be able to have a purse or a coin bag. You don't need to though. Coins go fine in a wallet, mine can hold enough coins to weigh me down and make several rolls whenever I decide to empty it. And as for purses, messenger bags are great, more practical than backpacks because you don't have to take them off to take something from them, and I would say they're more suited for men because the strap would dig into most men's boobs less.
And also, cargo pants. Not great for loose change, but my pants regularly carry a 3DS, a big wallet, a cellphone, a mp3 player, a charger, a notebook with pen and even a water bottle. I can't imagine needing much more room than that, and of course if it isn't summer, you also get pockets on your jacket as well.
But if you want your friends to leave you alone wit this (and let's face it they're your friends, they'll just find something else to make fun of you for), get a dice bag that has Cthulhu on it or something else that's generally not associated with old ladies.
