2. I didn't like it. biggest waste of ($£)35-40 I've ever had.
moreso than PROTOTYPE, which I only just played more of, I believe.

First time I played it I found it very frustrating, but I played again it a couple of months later and I though it was quite good. Just need to get into the game.
I didn't like the game but that's because of the FPV. If it was 3rd person I'd have enjoyed it a lot more.

It's a so-so game. The visuals are great and the free-running feels smooth and plays well. The Combat though kills this game. Towards the end you will be barraged with soliders and the game can be pretty frustrating at those times.
I liked the game a lot. I thought the story was interesting, the art style both in level design and the fmv cutscenes were fantastic. My one issue with it was that at least half the time you'd clip through what you were trying to connect with. Not much of an issue if you're just going to play the game but it made speedruns impossible.
Yes, it's not the best but at least they've tried something different and it works for the most part.
The combat is really the only fault - that and the fact some genius decided to go on and on about the flow of running, only to have some other genius decide to put in a valve you need to turn every once in a while to stop some impassable steam.

I played the demo and thought it was really fun, and my friend owns it and says it's on of the best games he has played in a long time
My friend owns it, and he says its his favourite game of the current gen. I played it though, and the result... meh. I didn't like it/couldn't get into it, and that was this fabled demo that's supposed to be so great.
I enjoyed it the ten hours it took to play through, mostly because I didn't pay for it but borrowed it from the library. If i had paid full price I probably would have been disappointed.
As said, the combat breaks the game quite a bit. I remember coming out of a lorry, snatching a machine gun only to crouch behind som crates popping up to shoot some cop in the face, which for me sucked big time since I'm really not into shooters. The parts where I had to run for my life without having to stop and shoot were great though.

I bought it at full price so I was extremely let down first time I played it.
In retrospect, it wasn't all that bad. It had a some cool things going for it, a lot of untapped potential, both in concept and presentation.
It's really a shame there won't be a sequel It would have been very interesting.

I liked it but it was way too short. If you're planning to play it I recommend a rental or play a friend's copy.
