Poll: MLP season 1 or season 2?

I'm gonna go with both. Though I will say I thought the music in Season 2 was even better.

Seriously, what's with the assumed hatred? I haven't watched any MLP, but I don't mind its existence and I certainly don't care about other people watching it or not.
Why are the only options either like one, both or hate it all the way? Some Switzerland option perhaps?

I liked them both almost equally, but if I absolutely had to choose, probably season 2. Mainly for that Mysterious Mare-Do-Well episode. That was fun.

Colour me surprised. In my experience it's generally the lowest rated episode, but to each their own.

As for me... As much as I loved season 2's two parter opening, I'd probably have to go with season 1. The characterization was overall more consistent, as was the quality of the episodes. Don't get me wrong, I like S2 fine, but it felt very uneven. I suppose they did experiment a little more though, so props to them for that. Here's hoping season 3 can give us the best of both worlds.

I'm used to seeing allot of threads dealing with this series get... no necessarily high jacked but more than a few posts from haters and more than a few posts from people going "another pony thread, I'm gonna post about how much Ill just watch the fire storm". As for why there is not a neutral option... I forgot to add one, I kind of assumed that either fans or haters would check this thread out.
