Poll: modern warfare 2, day 1 purchase?

Nah I won't be. If I see it in the future however for about £20 then sure why not? The campaign may hold my attention for a while.

buying it used from gamestop. i want to play the single player campaign, but I can't bring myself to give my money to IW after they dicked over PC gamers.

So I'll just buy it used and help out my friends at gamestop keep corporate happy.

just curious when folk are planning on getting this game?

as i have noticed its going to be £55 and thats just for the standard game ...which i found rediculous also find it a bad thing if it doesend up selling well and activision decides to bump up the prices to all its big sellers?

i decided to hold it off untill the price drops or if i manage to complete a couple of my games to trade them in

Wait til pre-owned copies appear, then buy those - you get the game, you get a reduced price, and you get to stick your fingers up at Activison and tell them to fuck off.

well thats why i was thinking if i am going to buy it day 1 then trade in because activision as far as im aware dont get the money or as much as they would could be wrong

but i might just get ratchet and assassins that should hold me off till christmas and by then there will hopefully be some preowned
