I have plenty of money for games. Unfortunately, nobody seems to want to sell me games anymore. Just got a sizable bonus for clearing crunch-time with a week to spare, and nothing to spend it on.
Nintendo still hasn't cured their waggle-priapism, so for the first time since LOZ (NES), I have to not get a Zelda game thanks to 25 years of carpal tunnel making it not worth the pain. The less said about Metroid, the better. You'd think they would have learned from Fusion... Konami seems to think there is more draw to Castlevania as yet another God Of War clone than as Metroidvania-style. Atlus apparently doesn't think that XBox 360 owners are worthy of playing Persona games. Amy Hennig put a stake in LOK by leaving for Naughty Dog (Yes, that's an old wound, but it still bleeds). Mistwalker made a single awesome old-school RPG before switching up to a crappy bishie Final Fantasy clone, then evidently disappeared.
Not interested in thirty five iterations of throwing birds at pigs, pigs at birds, or pigs and birds at the sun, or whatever, nor for rebuying games I already own with a shitty 3D view tacked on to make me puke on my DS.
Clearly, gaming is no country for old men.
