Poll: Most Annoying Preachers?

Let's face it there are all sorts of obnoxious people trying to "convert" people to their "faith", what do you personally consider the most annoying?

The religious/atheists are the ones that I really don't like listening do. The others all make logical sense to me, and I can understand where they are coming from, as their cause actually makes a difference on the planet.

Hardcore animal rights activists- PETA, Animal Liberation Army. Not the ones concerned with preventing abuse to animals, i fully support them, but it's the radical vegan nutter varieties whom grind my gears.

I also dislike the kind of people who think immigrants are ruining this country, the EU is out conquor Britain and that Gordon Brown was worse than Hitler. Baisically people who actually believe the Daily Mail.

Hmm religious converters don't seem that bad, I've had one come round my student house.. it was very awkward but they were nice enough. Passing through the town centre and seeing someone there preaching loudly, however, is annoying.

Companies are the most annoying though (gas, electric, phone), wanting you to switch over to their company and promising that they're cheaper is the most annoying kind of preacher, often at your door or ringing your phone. I find it rude, and they're not able to just go away if you simply say no.

Vegetarians/Vegans are up there, my god I've lived with one who says that he's vegetarian, eats like a vegan but is known to desire to eat meat when out for a meal. God knows. He has often tried to make me change my eating habits.

Religious people I've become immune to as I had an incredibly preachy friend when growing up and I've become desensitised.

I know it's not on the list, and I really apologise if this is interpreted as racism as I mean no offence of vindictiveness behind it but when a non-Caucasian expects to be treated above Caucasians because anything less and they yell that it's racism and we're "Only doing/saying something coz I'm black" or something.

Atheists. I just don't why when some Atheists hear you're religious, they decide that you must be ''enlightened'' or whatever (I can't think of a better way to put it), instead of just respecting my beliefs. You don't see me fucking Bibles into peoples faces, telling them to repent or convert or whatever. Now, I understand that there are many religious preachers who are like that, and I find them annoying too (again, not respecting others beliefs), but I just find the Atheists to be more obnoxious. Just my opinion.

Any and all preachers annoy the shit out of me. If you're going to promote a certain belief/business/deity/product then just tell me about the thing then leave me to make a decision. Don't get all up in my face and shove all kinds of information and facts I'd rather not hear.

I think the third option is the best choice, they do seam willing to blow them selves and everybody around them if it means they can "save" a pet parrot.

Though I would say religious activists, since they all but knock down your door to convince you to "save your soul."

Heh my ex was vegetarian, she wasn't keen on veg though.. strange one. Wasn't keen on me eating meat. She was an animal-activist too, she made me come along and I brought my leather jacket which was my only coat at the time. It didn't last long.
