Well I said American, even though we could be considered the baseline unaccented voice to which all others are compared. :)

... and yes for the record the language is now American, not English.

On a more serious note, I think it depends more on the person speaking than any accent in paticular. I've seen pretty much every accent on the list used both appealingly and annoyingly. A lot of it has to do with the intensity and how much genuine effort has been put into learning a language. No matter what the accent is, if you can't understand the person it's bad....

Any accent that is different to mine, makes the person more interesting and thus I'm more likely to attempt to get in them.

Works if you move around a lot as well, people find you more interesting as you are new and make a different kind of noise to everyone else. Curious buggers be humans.

I can say accents that I don't find attractive much easier, but I won't because I don't want to offend the Scots.

American is just a little too broad. A man from Louisiana, Texas, and New England sound nothing alike.

To be perfectly honest, accents don't tend to bother me either way...
But for the sake of conversation:

For me?
In girls... Not a clue.

I voted the "Australian/New Zealand" accent, though.
But... with the girls, if they get that really strong Aussie accent, they tend to sound a bit like bogans.
(Coming from the fact that the only girls I've met with that really strong Aussie accent are bogans, to be perfectly honest. :p )
But when it's there, but not too strong... Geez, that's sexy.

Anyone who got a word I just said deserves a cookie. :p

Australian accent sexy? 49 people?

As an Australian I am appalled, how can you consider our layed back drivel attractive?

Anything except American accents - absolute slaughter of the English language. I especially hate the Southern accent - and sadly I do occasionally say words like a southerner and with a southern accent even though I live in the Midwest. Particularly fond of French, British, and Italian. Swedish is nice too, I love how it sounds so sing-song-ish when they speak. German and Russian can be okay but not too heavy or it's kind of harsh sounding. I've never heard an English Japanese accent but that might be interesting too.
