I seem to have a few hanging around these days too. I don't really mind them, except when they fly in front of the tv screen when I'm gaming. Then they are annoying little bastards :p

Mosquitos are worse Oo. Moth's are mostly annoying (or lay eggs in your clothes if your unlucky, which is then eaten by their offspring...) but mosquitos nibble at me in the night turning my skin into a bumpy red and astonishingly itchy hide of misery.

I once sat in my room doing what I do, and spotted a couple of them high on the wall. I looked up to see what it was and noticed more the closer I got to the ceiling. And oh joy, if the entire ceiling wasn't COVERED with the bastards, HUNDREDS OF THEM, just waiting for me to go to bed so they could have their fill!

That was the last time I slept in that room before I moved out from my dads X3.

Here I even found a drawing illustrating perfectly the evil of mosquitos. Every line is drawn by dead ones! And arguably mosquitos ARE worse then Hitler, they sure killed more than he did Oo.

I still do. If there's a spider or a moth in my room I just freak the hell out.
If you freak out if there is one or the other in your room, what do you do if BOTH are in your room...lurking...waiting for you...like they are right now...
Why, I scream like a little sissy and stand on a chair of course!

I love how me changing me avatar has derailed this thread.

Both avatars are cool :D I'll just have to get used to this one cause like you said, the old one was so recognisable.
Heh, yeah. It's taken me some time to get use to (it still feels weird in a way).

What was it again, my mind is in a state of confusion.

Who are you?
Forgotten already?

It was this . . .

Hey! I remember you! That makes me unreasonably excited! Possibly I need to take a day off soon!

No problems with moths in Belfast. Then again if the window's open the light's off, and if the light's on the window's closed, so there's nothing to attract them.

There's not really much more for me to add to this thread. That makes me sad.

I know that feel, bros. Family members keep opening my window in the day, and I don't realize until late evening, by which point the moths have woken up.

My awesome great-coat is at risk, guise!

That saves you from the spider mayhaps, but the moth can still fly up and make you its *****! THEY HAVE EVERY ATTACK ROUTE COVERED!

I Agree with the recomendation to burn your house down, its the only way to be sure.

WHY WON'T THEY LEAVE ME ALONE?!

I'll buy some spray deodorant and some cheap disposable lighters. You get me a boom box to play "let the bodies hit the floor".

It's time.

We've got some pretty nice weather here at the moment (for Britain anyway. It hasn't rained in a few days and people are starting to get withdrawal symptoms), so of course the windows are open to get some air in. There's just one problem with this. It is a problem that has plagued mankind for centuries, a problem that can drive a man to the edge of reason; MOTHS!

[sub]You are everything that's wrong in this godless universe[/sub]

I must have had at least ten of the bastards in my room this evening! WHY?! Why won't you leave me alone, you winged hell spawns?! What have I done to deserve such torment?!

[sub]WORSE THAN HITLER[/sub]

I can't be the only one surely? Does anyone else have a deep, burning, almost bordering on psychotic hatred of these cocky little bastards as much as I do? I say we rise up and teach these fuckers once and for all, who's with me?!

[sub]Look at this smug prick. Just wait until I wipe that smirk off your face[/sub]
[sub][sub]Also, who copyrights a moth? A Dale, you just made my list![/sub][/sub]
hello mr Hazy...can i be your internet slave?, thank you for your time your greatness.

Better get a parrot to sing it, just in case.

The only thing about moths that bother me is when you're trying to sleep, and they keep hitting the ceiling and making little *thud* noises. .... oh, and the HUGE-ASS moth that managed to get into my room this one time .... that was creepy >>;

Careful. This is how it starts. Then you wake up at 2am to the sound of heavy breathing, and they're lying next to you in your bed, gently cupping your package.

I actually enjoy seeing moths from time to time. They're rare here and it's been a wile since I saw one.

They creep me out the little bastards, yet I have no idea why that is, they are harmless, not like the wasps that keep ending up in here somehow.

Luckily though, I have me a part Bengal, and she absolutely loves to murder anything that moves, including my feet when I forget socks...
