I would have posted a much more thought out post, but for some reason, the interent ate it. So, in short, Fuck you Fox, sink any lower and we won't need to wait for you to burn in hell.

I suppose expecting them to report on actual news is a bit much. Do they want to focus on poverty rates, unemploymen, political and cultural stagnation, no, they would rather call Mr. Rogers evil. Fox News Priorities... Now you know.

I think that there's something to what they're saying. It has been proven that giving too much undue praise to children can make them feel entitled. While I accept this, and accept that perhaps Fred Rogers may have sent some messages that may LEAD to a sense of entitlement, I also feel that he was a wonderful man, and evil is not a word I'd ever use to describe him.

Though I understand the underlying premise here and agree with it (that people think they are entitled to things just because of who they are and don't have to work for it like everyone else) I don't think Mr Rogers is to blame, I'm going to guess he was thinking more along the lines of the "You're Special, don't let anyone bring you down you can do it" mentality.
