The.......Piano. Oooh, bet you weren't expecting that from me right from the get-go!

....Is your mind back in one piece now?

Of course, my main instrument is the cello, which I adore beyond words. Goodness.....I didn't play it at all today.....CRAP!

I'm learning how to play the drums at school and I've been told I'm a natural. ^_^

Female drummers FTW.

I dabble in the ocarina, harmonica, cello, piano and vocals.

I tried the ukulele but I got bored of it quickly.

Played Flute for like five years, then said screw that nonsense and started playing Tuba. Been playing that fer about three or four years, it's the best thing ever (arguably.) Percussion for about two years except snare and timpani, but I love me some agogo bells. I've dabbled in some other nonsense as well, baritone, trombone, etc. A little piano and guitar as well, hmm...

Tell me, have you actually practiced with all the instruments on this list? Or just said, "hey, I can play the trumpet, sure it'd be easy enough to play any other brass as long as I know what key its in."

Cause if you do, that's fucking ace.
I own or have owned every instrument on that list and practice the ones I do still have at least a few hours a week some of them more, a lot more. But some of the instruments I haven't picked up in a few years so they probably shouldn't count.

I've played guitar for 15 years, bass for 7 years, drums for 4 years and I've sung my whole life pretty much. I have pictures of me when I was really little on my dad's drum kit and from what my mom says, I wasn't too bad. Music is my main passion in life. It's funny because I can't read music at all and learned completely by ear. I have always just had an ear for music I guess.

Classical violin studies for 10 years, I enjoy it alot, and it's given me lots of opportunities
My girlfriend was a Suzuki student and has played since she was 3. I love getting to hear her play, which I get to regularly because she plays in different symphony groups in the area. I actually got to hear her play twice this last weekend. It was awesome!

Violin for the past five years. Dabbled with piano for six months. Acoustic guitar for the past two years.

Two things I want to learn: electric bass and electric guitar.

You can play Scottish traditional music on the cello, if you want ^_^

....Which is very strange, because I didn't find that out until recently. Lots of drones and stuff in Scottish traditional cello music, so it's quite fun.

Electric guitar, fantastic fun.

I used to play the Saxophone but haven't picked that up for a while. Maybe one day.

I want to play a shitload of instruments, the trumpet (for jazz and ska), bass guitar, Spanish guitar (well that's more of a style, but you get the point), jazz guitar, various percussion instruments (normal drums, especially because of this song [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T8__EwAT8VM], African jembe's or whatever, Japanese taiko, the lot), piano (especially jazz style, again), violin, more then I could ever handle.

I can play guitar, bass and drums, I used to know a little piano but that was long ago. At my last job I neglected them a fair bit so I'm not as good as I used to be (or as my friends had me believe, I've just never been confident with something I can try create music with), however I'm getting back to grips. It's great when you can just mess around with an instrument for a few hours, trying to play a song you know, or trying to play a song you know as fast as you can.
