Poll: N64 Zelda the best one ever?

I've got them both and think Twilight Princess is better than Ocarina of Time. For me it's just like they've taken the N64 game and stepped it up a notch. I even played OoT when it came out, so you'd think I would have some nostalgia goggles, but no.
I would be interested to hear why people think OoT is better than TP, because at the moment I just don't see it.
I have heard very good things about Majora's Mask, but I've never played it. Might have to see about changing that...

I prefer Link to the Past. Ocarina of Time is right behind though.
EDIT: Actually, OoT is probably 3rd place in my book, Twilight Princess get no.2. I haven't completed it though, ugh. I can't see it going downhill from the point to which I've played though. Better do something about that...

I actually really didn't like Twilight Princess that much, hell I never even was interested enough to finish it. It's more immersive, I'll grant you that, but OOT just felt like it had a much grander scale.rees263 said:

Also, what the hell kinda poll is that? Why didn't you make it so people could vote for their favorite game? A poll with a single yes/no question is a waste of space if you ask me.

I said Wind Waker. I played Ocarina, Twilight and a couple of the gameboy games, and that's my favourite.

My taste with Zelda games is... weird.
I think the best one is a tie between Majora's Mask and Link to the Past (but if I had to choose, I'd say LTTP).
The one I personally enjoy and respect the most, though, is Wind Waker. I've never been more attached to characters in a Zelda game as I was with that. Plus, it rounded out Ganon's character a bit.
Way to easy, though, and the forced treasure hunt part was the only reason I don't see it as the best one...
EDIT: Also, and I will say this until I die, Twilight Princess, and the highly-praised character Midna are incredibly, INCREDIBLY overrated.

Yep that was my thread, I personally felt that A Link to the Past was the best Zelda game though I did love Ocarina despite it's little niggly flaws.plastic_window said:
Wind Waker would have been by far my favorite were it not for the endless sailing segments. The control and gameplay felt a lot tighter and more refined than in Ocarina.
But Ocarina had the Water Temple... that was awesome!
