are there really all those new members every minute of the day or is everyone making secondary accounts.

i think the second.for making threads they don't wanna be held responsible for.

As for the waves of new members, well the Escapist is becoming more and more popular. So I'm guessing that might have something to do with it.

Influx of new members.

This is now the 4th thread I've read in the last week that has said this >.> Stop it, it's worst then the trolls that come with the members.

A person did not see my joke of "We will squash the trolls! Who's with me ! :3" he then proceeded to talk down to me saying "Unless you have mod powers you're waving your dick around"

I responded with (Which got me on probation) "If you can't see this is a joke, then you sir are an idiot. Hell, look at EVERY OTHER person who quoted that responding with smilies and "I'm with you!" Heesh. "

From what I've heard from the older members of this site, this is what happens when it comes to new members. Since it's the Christmas holidays people have more time to sit around and go on the Internet, find these forums and start posting. This is why you always get lots of new users during holiday periods like in December (Christmas), March (Easter) and July-August (Summer). This happens every year and isn't really anyting special.

On topic, I do actually have a second account, but I would never post with it. The sole purpose of it isn't actually community/ ban-jumping-related and I don't do anything that could get me in trouble with it or my own account and I don't use it to enter competitions twice or anything like that, so the mods don't really care about it. And no, I won't be mentioning why I have a second account or what my second account actually is
