...I suppose your right... not about our defeat though... but right about us not being able to risk a Dragon uprising... I will inform Celestia of this so we can wipe out this Dragon threat before it causes harm to anypony! Weeeeeeeeell. Suppose, just hypothetically, that there's a massive network of tunnels running under all of Equestria. And that these hypothetical tunnels would allow you to carry a message to Canterlot without any dragons seeing anything. And in these hypothetical tunnels are some hypothetical Dogs of the Diamond variety who would be willing to discreetly carry your hypothetical message for the right price. In theory, of course.
