Depends what the changes were. If it's too grotesque then I'd either kill myself, or have a power that automatically cures m,e but allows me to keep any and all super powers that I wish for. If it's not grotesque and actually looks attractive, surprisingly, then I'd obviously keep it, and then any and all super powers that I wish for again.

Then I'd use my powers and attractiv eness to score with the ladies...

teleportation, its just so damn practical, use it in fights to get behind people and destroy them, use it to escape possible capture and attempts on your life, use it for exploration, i mean the list is endless, who needs flashy skills to win when you can just appear behind them and stab, no one expects it.

either that or perception altering, you still are the hideous monster, but people wont be able to see you as one (unless this is to thread breaking)

Or the ability to heal wounds (yours and others) instintaniously, you can guess the practicallitys of this one.

or time traviling, to stop this happening and cause a paradox where i still exist and so does i, if you understand what i mean. Just to see what happens.
