All brilliant games in their own way.
But I have just finished Fallout 3 after getting everything for the past 7 months, and haven't even gotten any of the dlc yet. So for longevity and a game you will never get bored of, get Fallout 3. One of the greatest games I've ever played.
Oblivion is also good like that lol
And I personally got more into inFamous than Prototype, but the gameplay in Prototype is more varied and explosive

Buy Oblivion now. Then when the DLC finally comes out for you PS3 gamers, get Fallout 3.
You might as well forget about Prototype and InFamous. They're both mediocre, while Fallout 3 and Oblivion are both game of the year.

He's on PS3, not PC guys so Oblivion is a big NO.
No mods on Oblivion means you got the most unrewarding RPG experience ever.
Fallout 3 is a nice game out of the box, but again PS3 users won't get all the stuff PC gamers get. TS should prolly wait for the GOTY edition at the least.

I cant believe this many people thought Fallout3 was that good. It was more of a meh game for me. No one thing stood out, and it had no glaring weakness. It was alright but the linear story was way to short and i dint feel the side missions actually benifited the world around you.
I would say Oblivion or prototype. Oblivion because everyone i know whos owned it says they've beaten it over and over just to do it differently. Prototype because well if you want hours of ripping people in half in hundreds of ways then prototype. The storys shot and annoying but the free roaming is awesome........hope that helped.

Have you played inFamous? Mercer has the better powers but inFamous wins on story.Nincompoop said:

Prototype is one of the few games that have mastered the art of jumping a great lengths. Plus, the animations are great, and the interactions between slow-motion and shock wave effects are abbaselutely incredibubble. It's the only game that I know of, that has pulled off the high-speed-up-your-ass animations.
You really progress with the game, there is a huge amount of upgrades, and easy-to-use skills.
It also has a better physics engine.
The only thing I like more with InFamous, is the fact that it is lightning powers. I really like lightning, but they most certainly did NOT pull that off.
You are completely over-powered in Prototype... FINALLY! I want to over powered. I don't play video games to get a challenge. If I would want to have a challenge I would find something more productive to exercise, like sports...
