Actually, I dated quite a lot of them compared to their "rareness".
But I love those really bright red dyed girls.
It makes a hot woman them even hotter(not all, but most of them).
I am fully aware it isn't a natural hair colour, but I simply can't resist them.
...well as long as they look good. As mentioned by others before, women who are not nice to look at, don't look appealing no matter what their hair color is(while a different hairstyle seems to do miracles in some cases).
Oh and about men with red hair I don't have any specific opinion.
Some are nice others assholes.

On the one hand they can be insanely hot...
On the other hand, my brother, one of my sisters and part of my beard are red (It's blonde with streaks of ginger and brown in... Rather strange due to my blonde hair everywhere else)
I guess I don't really prefer any hair colour though I do notice when a certain hair colour fits someone quite well (Redheads tend to look a bit strange, but when they pull it off it looks amazing)

First of all, the poll is a little black and white. I voted the 2nd option, but I do not by any means, hate them, they're just not my type. I prefer brunettes, although if I really liked I readheaded girl, it wouldn't be an obstacle.

Having red hair usually means that person also having pale skin, and while the old me who watched anime and played video games all day found that attractive, the current me who works out at the gym and is totally going to the movies with a cheerleader tomorrow does not find pale skin attractive.
On guys it does look weird. My step brother is a ginger and he's dyed his hair blonde since he was like, 12. I'd rather girls have blood red hair rather than orange hair that people call red. There's no indifferent post, though if you mean aesthetically I dislike orange hair. Always makes me think of clowns.
My girlfriend is one, so I guess that answers your question. (Though the funny thing is, for two onths now she's made sure to keep dying her hair, keeping it green, blue or turquoise.)
