Sometime before or after sleeping together, I'd use my clones looks as an effective way to judge my own. If I'd class my clone as X rating, then I'd probably be around X rating too.

It made sense in my head.

Also, about the whole it being incest thing, it's more like masturbation-cest.
Weird logic problem, that.
It's not a logic problem. You give a hand job to anyone, Masturbation. You have sex with anyone, not masturbation. How is this difficult!

Maybe I should try a dictionary approach this time.

Masturbation: the stimulation or manipulation of one's own genitals, esp. to orgasm; sexual self-gratification.

It could still be masturbation, provided you don't actually have sex as masturbation can also be: the stimulation, by manual or other means exclusive of coitus, of another's genitals, esp. to orgasm.

However this thread, and everyone who quotes me, is referring to sex with their clone. A clone of you would still be another person, and not yourself. Even a duplicate of you would be another person.

So not masturbation.

Now onto the incest part.

Incest: 1. sexual intercourse between closely related persons.

Now there actually is a bit of debate. It all depends on who you look at related. The clone could technically have no relations to anyone on the planet as it has no mother and no father. I look at it as about as close as you can actually get related wise. Here is another person built on a copy of your genetic template. So I hold to the end of the argument that says the closest analog to the act is incest.

Then there is the issue everyone seems to be having separating the thought of themselves from their clone:

Can you rape yourself though?
Of course it would be another person. Nobody seriously looks at two identical twins standing side by side and thinks they are the one person. A clone of you would not be "yourself," it would be another person.

Now I am also going to edit my initial post and add this to it. Mostly cause every point I made here has been spelled out in various forms throughout this thread as responses. Usually to that first page post and only that one. Over and over again.

hmm... I doubt that I would like to sleep with myself (being the ugly bastard that I remain.) Killing myself seems a bit too harsh. I don't really care how this strange circumstance came about. So... I guess that I would charge her half the rent and we'd be the best roommates yet recorded.

Post Script: I think that I've seen this same scenario play out in the hentai comic: "Alice in Sexland" (or was it "Alice in Sexland Extreme"...) I believe that you fine lads can guess which option they chose.

Marry immediately... Do you have any idea how hard it is to find someone with the exact same views on you as everything? Damn near impossible. And I pretty much hate everyone else I meet, so this would be perfect.
Ironically I have a friend who is literally a female version of myself in many ways, frightening to some degree, albeit this is primarily in hobbies. Where we differ is in personality, wherein I am ambitious and can be quite ruthless, in addition to vast confidence in myself. The latter two are not her forte by comparison, nevertheless I still find it fascinating. As you would expect, we get along extremely well; quite unfortunately she lives in the US (I currently resident in Canada)

Topic at hand, oh my clone would be my part in crime. Someone as ambitious as I? That is a fearful thought and a deadly tag team.

Ehh, Why would you consider an intimate relationship with a clone of yourself? I fail to comprehend why this would would be an attractive option to anyone. It has sweeping parallels to incest, at best.

I was going to do a small parody thing from Silence of the Lambs, but thought better of it.
OT: Well, since I'd look like this:
I would totally have sex with myself. Protection of course. Even though it is masturbation, having a child from that... well... I don't want webbed feet for him/her/whatever it is.
If it ever happens tell your clone to give me a call. :D

Well, first, I'd probably go looking into what the hell's going on (probably bringing my "new friend" along for the ride), then once all that's settled, we'd probably just return home and... live together, I guess (No, not like THAT!). Though we're gonna have to straighten some things out first, like, "No moping over being a clone".

as long as it(she) doesn't look exactly as me, it would be pretty awesome that we share all the same hobby's and interests.

Wow. Right now 31% here would sleep with their sister.

That's what a clone is: your brother or sister.
...no?

Either way, siblings that have been seperated at birth and then found each other again often have extremely strong attractions towards each other, so this would essentially work the same way, as it's only the fact that you've grown up with your siblings that stops you being attracted to them.
I'm dead against incest, I'm just sayin'.
Yes.

Clones happen naturally too. That's what we call "identical twins". Identical twins have the same DNA, like clones do.
So sleeping with your clone would be like sleeping with your sibling.

Well, I really have no clue what I would do if that happened. But I would probably try to have sex with it (Only if it was attractive, of course; lol).

I wonder why so many people have said they would sleep with their clone. Myself included. Weird.

Yes, they may have the same DNA, but the relationship of brother or sister is made by having the same parents I'm fairly sure, and as I mentioned, it's the fact that you grow up with them that makes you not romantically interested.

Too true. I mean there's obvious proof that being raised together definitely effects the bro/sis relationship. Just see this news story [http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-507588/Shock-married-couple-discovered-twins-separated-birth.html] for instance. Then again I don't think a clone is the same thing. Well maybe I should have used the word double instead.

hahaha this is funny because think of it this way:

If say yourself now (male or female) had the opposite umm naughty parts, you would probably be too preoccupied playing with yourself hahah. And if you would not like the fact of being umm banged by yourself, then ya it would be messed up. So I would not want myself to bang myself hahaha...but that all depends on my clones thoughts because just being a clone with the same DNA does not mean you think the same. so my clone may want me to bang her. hahah

"explore" each other, and then figure out which one of us is the evil one, then be best friends forever even if one of us is/are evil. Not sure on the grammar with these kind of situations.

Question? Is the clone hot?

I mean, a girl version of me that still looked mostly like me would be ugly for a girl. I consider myself good looking, in a rough kind of way. But that kind of way doesn't work on girls.

So tell me, does she look like what? A hot girl with same color eyes and hair?

If she's sexually attractive, sure, why not. It's all hypothetical, I guess.
