I would probably give her a chance (dating maybe).

It's not as weird as some are making out. There are plenty of theorise that we look for opposite sex identicles of ourselves to mate with. Same emotional patterns, intelligence, levels of looks, etc.

Well, in theory, you would be very attracted to the appearance of said clone (according to that one episode of CSI I saw a while back). Personality would be a deciding factor here.

I might be able to stand it. My mind is a roller coaster, going up and down constantly. As long as our mood roller coasters were not in sync, it would work out nicely. In sync coasters would result in one of us killing the other in less than 24 hours though.

(Actually, if I had an opposite sex clone, I'd get a brain transplant done and test if the whole "swapping bodies" effect can actually happen. If it is a clone, then there is a zero chance of the body rejecting the brain.)

Thanks Robert Heinlein, now I'll be pondering this as I go to sleep.

On topic... I probably wouldn't touch fem-me with a ten foot pole.

Short answer: NO!
Long answer: (I'm sure you guys all know what goes here)

It would just be a nerdier version of incest, which is wrong and stupid.

I can barely stand one of me, so no. I'm sure that relationship would be doomed from the start.

I'd marry a female version of myself because then I could finaly find someone smart enough to keep up with my conversations.

Once again, if its female it can't be a perfect clone, but if it's genetically similar it's incest.

If it's a completely different women with an almost identical personality, I'd don't know, I think we'd probably be one of those couples who are less (nice, smart etc) together than apart. There's a reason why opposites attract.

On the one hand she'd probably have all the qualities I look for in a woman, on the other hand there's a strong chance she'd look eerily like my mother and that's a little creepy. I guess I don't know, I'd have to meet hypothetical girl clone me first.

Edit: Off topic and on the genetics side of this, wouldn't making a female clone of a man with two duplicate X chromosomes be problematic? I mean aside from being, at this point, scientifically impossible.

From time to time I will see a man whose features appear very similar to mine. But not long ago, I saw a woman who was like that. I must admit, the first thought that crossed my mind was: "what would it be like to do it with her?" So, yes, given the opportunity I would have gone for it. That isn't quite the same as marrying her but I answered yes anyway.

I'd do me.
I'd do me so hard.
