Mangas are not porn. You are thinking of hentai. Mangas vary from genre and mostly never contain porn. The other genre that's confused with porn is ecchi. Ecchi is "fanservice" or partial nudity to keep the readers happy and interested *typed with a grin*. In other words PG-13.
