End it with a bang.

And by "bang", I mean the largest bomb that the staff can animate. I'm really sick of this series.

It's become painfully clear that Ash isn't going to capture every Pokemon [which was my original thought when I heard the phrase, Pokemon Master] Since Ash is growing up...somewhat...I think he should hook up with one of the girls he's been travelling with. I think May is on the same mental level as he is but, Misty would be the more logical choice since most harem anime series make sure the female who ends up with the token penis is the female who kicks his ass the most often. It would be nice to end the Pokemon series the way they ended Harry Potter

[pseudo-spoiler incoming]

Having an adult Ash watching as his first born son embarks on his own Pokemon journey, taking Pikachu and Ash's old Pokedex with him.

Right. Basically there's a huge nuclear explosion in the land of pokemon. All is silence across the land. Then out of corner we hear the laughter and the usual "To protect the world from devestation" etc from jesse and james as they emerge in a lead balloon... somehow.

Then from the other side of the land pikachu emerges, the two parties charge at each other and it all ends with a sepia screenshot just as they collide.

Poke-zombies. How is it people see our world taken over by zombies but not the Pokemon world?
You know what, that would make for an interesting movie plot. It would make it slightly more easy to watch as Ash and his friends try to escape their zombiefied pokemon trying to figure out what is causing it and fixing it at the last possible minute before they're all devoured.

Bad poll. What about 'no closure'? I wouldn't want to see it end, so leaving the 'ending' completely open ended with the option of ever continueing would be my choice.
