The reason pedofelia is looked down upon is VERY different from the reason that some cultures look down upon homosexuality or other sexual behaviors. The reason some people think that homosexuality is wrong is because of a book that has somewhere between little and no scientific basis on which to claim morality. The reason pedofelia is wrong is because the object of sexual attraction in pedofelia is a group of beings who are not capable of defending themselves from unwanted sexual advances, or in many cases are not even capable of recognizing exactly what a sexual advance is. The difference is clear, homosexuality has NO victim (unless you want to contend that it's practitioners have damned themselves to hell, I make no such claims myself), which is why it's only considered culturally wrong (and I for one don't consider it wrong at all), pedofilia clearly has a victim, which is why it is absolutely wrong.

Just because it happens doesn't mean it's condoned. If an 11 year old gets raped in the US, are the Chinese going to assume that's just what happens there?

Actually, sadly enough, that's just what most people do anywhere in the world, making assumptions based on isolated incidents and overgeneralizing them to cover entire cultures.
I'm just going by what I remember reading, noting that my memory is not the best storage device for information and could be wrong. My brain isn't so much a computer as it is a piece of Swiss cheese; full of holes, not very good for holding things, but tasty with crackers.

Pedophilia is disgusting, no one in their right minds would ever want to have sex with a child. Homosexuality is between two consenting adults. Pedophilia is between a perverted deviant and a young person whom I'm sure never said yes and if she did, she did not want to or did not understand what she said yes to.

Well, I feel it's wrong for it to be something like a 13 with a 31 year old person, that's just sick, but if it's something like a 16 and a 19 year old, that isn't anything bad. I know too many people that do that, but I don't really care as I think it's technically legal.

....Under no circumstances will it ever be right. Homosexuality and Bi-sexuality are somewhat harmless, and they both consent and know what they are doing so yeah. Pedophilia, will NEVER..under any circumstances, be accepted by anybody in modern society. Do i even need to explain why? Because i think nearly everyone on this thread can back me up.

I'm assuming you mean fucking a kid. In that case...yes, it's wrong. If you mean "is possessing a fetish for children inherently wrong," which is what pedophilia actually is (just an impulse, not necessarily acting upon the impulse,) then no. People don't have control of their fetishes.
