Agreed, on the whole personal taste thing. It's funny though because I also dye my hair and wear clothing that stands out...
I'm also thinking of getting a tattoo when I turn 18 (yes, I'm a youngen) and I'm so glad that there is someone else who see's tattoo's as seriously as I do (with preparing a design, etc...)
The way I see it, you pay too much money to have it done, let alone considering the cost of having them removed, to take it lightly. Some tattoos simply cannot be fully removed either, so you are stuck with the thing for life.
You should love your tattoo
