i have been rattling my brains over this for sometime and know doubt i will be shouted down by certain individuals who have seen similar threads... blah blah... i just want to know one thing, who did you choose in each of the pokemon generations> going all the way from humble beginings in pokemon red and blue excluding yellow (No choice in the matter) and so on all the way up to platium pearl and diamond.
Extra

Also if you want to, tell me which is your most powerful pokemon in your team, at the momment, and why you think its better, you can include stats if you want to its all up to you:
so without further ado i now open this thread! GO!

edit1: ok so whos playing the new games at the moment what u think about the EV system that took over from the older generations 1-2?

Just a funny thought but what would happen if a pokeball malfunctioned with a wailord init?

OP:whatever the grass is.
Well I haven't

I don't know which generation I played, but I think I played Crystal.
My first pokemon was that Todile fellow (he later became a feraligator). Anyone have any idea which game that was?

yea sceptile is on par with infernape in terms of speed! when level 100 i think infernape just beats him shame that infernape is weak against so much thou!

Bulbasaur, then I laughed at anyone who chose Charmander because of the first gym.

Chikorita, because I enjoyed the fact that the little tyke could eventually learn earthquake and that Typhlosion wasn't a cheating bastard (a flyer).

Never played anything past that.

Charmander and Totodile. I haven't played past Gold/Silver.

Don't laugh at us because of the first gym. Ember might have a type disadvantage, but it actually does decent damage, and neither Geodude nor Onix are immune to burning.

If anything, laugh at us when we face Misty...

i agree with you that it was hard with charmander as a starter in the red and blue but i was usually around level 15 when i took on brock at the first gym then i remembered that cerulen was a water gym.... shit!
