Poll: Poll: Are you going to buy Assassin's Creed Brotherhood tomorrow or not?

I'm torn between how unspeakably awesome the game looks in previews and trailers and the fact that AC1 was honestly one of the most boring and repetitive games I've ever played. Haven't played AC2 yet. Maybe I'll pick it up used, play it and then get brotherhood if it's a MASSIVE improvement on the first.

My girlfriend digs them and now that she's done with college she can whip through the story straightaway. And the multiplayer is dirty. Tricky tricky multiplayer .

I felt the same way about Assassin's Creed 1. But they improved the gameplay so much in the second game. Most people I've talked to feel the same way. It's definitely not the formula of "go to city, climb some towers, follow some dudes, beat up some dudes, kill target" in Assassin's Creed 2. The game as whole feels more varied and lively.

No because it doesn't come out in Europe till Friday. I will be getting it on Friday though.

No because it comes out in my country on FRIDAY and for some bizarre games are always released in America on Tuesday (which I've never really understood. If you're releasing something that will be used exclusively in the players free time it makes much more sense to release it the last day before the weekend instead of releasing it in the middle of the working week).

Agreed. I've never quite understood it either. Even games made in the EU come out in the US 3 days before. Staggering.

Not tomorrow, but eventually yes. This time of year I always have too many things I want to play. If I pick this up, it will likely sit on my shelf until I finish my other games.

So I'll wait to get it. Maybe it will be on sale for X-Mas.

Nope. Thanks to Ubisoft's "support" of the PC, I'm going to have to wait for February.

And get saddled with UbiRM to boot... not to mention the price... (That, at least, can be dealt with; I feel like buying either cheap (<=$40) or through a third party so Ubi gets gypped)
