Uhh...Normally I try to avoid complaining about a poll but what about those of us who do not own guns but have rented or used a friends? As I do not own a gun but visited a range to rent several times last year. I live in the U.S, by the way.

I've gone shooting with my dad a few times.

I'm not interested enough to do it again though, unless its for hunting or something like that.

Oh, and I live in the US

Other: I have fired guns, but only ones belonging to gun clubs or the military, and only on firing ranges. So far there have been .22 Rifles and a .22 handgun but also an AK4(HK G3) and AK5(modified FN FNC). The last two, as you can probably guess, was with the military.

No, I live in Sweden and the gun regulations are pretty strict. Guess I would like to try though.
Just get in contact with a gun club and say that you are interested in joining or something like that.

I've gone to a range when I was in the US and shot a 9mm, but I live in Canada. It was way louder then I expected it to be, and the shells burnt my exposed skin. No one told me that it was a bad idea to wear a tank top in the range!
Ha! The same exact thing happened to me the first time I went to a firing range (I know better now), fired and the shell went right down my shirt; those little suckers burn.

I own a .22 handgun and I've shot rifles, handguns, revolvers, and our AR15 which kicks like a sonofabitch. I'm American and my dad is a retired police officer which is where our interest in guns comes from, and he's always taught me to use them responsibly.

I have never shot a gun,and I really want to.But the only guns allowed in Iceland are hunting rifles. And I want to try my hand at shooting pistols.

I've shot a gun but don't own one, so this poll is lacking a choice.

I kinda have two. I have a 12 gauge shotgun and a 22 pistol. They're in my dad's name, but I keep them maintained and their basically mine. I've shot the 22 a little, but I just got it and the trigger was wrong so I had to send it back. I've shot my shotgun a lot. Just shooting at clay pidgeons, no live animals. I don't like hunting. I've got nothing against hunters, but I just can't stand to shoot cute furry creatures.

Edit:Oh and I payed for the guns too.
EditEdit:Oh, and I live in Pittsburgh, PA. Good old USA.

I haven't shot a real gun. Closest I've come to doing so is a BB gun.

You know, come to think of it... if the zombies ever do show up... Europe is just SCREWED. No guns, no will to act (except in Glasgow maybe), and the politicians will be calling for dialouge instead of fighting.
Especially England. That was like their special talent, to talk instead of take action, through like WWII

Sweden, I've fired a 9mm CZ... something, and a hunting shotgun...
It was surprising that the shotgun actually felt easier to manage, but the feel when the handgun kicked, well, it was plainly cool.

Yes a shotgun and an air rifle if that counts. The only two guns you can get in england legally.

Yes, Norway, fired hunting rifle, MP5 and an M2 Browning .50-cal machine gun.

EDIT: oh yea, and a shotgun, but that doesn't count.

no, but I've been wanting to for some time and probably would have by now if I was living in the states and not Winnipeg (that's in Canada btw).
