I have to say, I did not expect this kind of response. I am truly sorry to anyone this offended or insulted. It was merely a comment on my perception of the content that I have seen and view on a regular basis. It seemed to me that I would see his face pop up all throughout the site on a consistent basis. I understand entirely that there are a lot of creative minds that go into all content on The Escapist and projects involving the LRR crew. I meant this as a lighthearted post and did not think of how it could potentially be received by other contributors to The Escapist.
Go to your original post and click edit, and then add this. People will be able to see it clearly.

I say Houdini is really the escapist. I also wish I had Graham's beardage for I have only unnkempt hobo-face.

Without Ben Croshaw and Russ Pitts the Escapist would never have expanded enough to get Stark. So in actuality, Zero Punctuation IS the Escapist.

Well since all I watch are Unskippable, ENN, and Loading Ready Run with some ZP mixed in for added sweary flavor, I'd say maybe.

Paul, Graham, Matt, LRR and the rest doesn't hold a candle next to that person. [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/profiles/view]

In all seriousness, no.

VIVA LA YAHTZEE ZERO PUNCTUATION
Although, no really, I only come to watch Zero Punctuation, as Yahtzee provides an entertaining show that is sometimes spot on with most of his reviews.

Experienced Points. Rebecca Mayes Muses. Stolen Pixels. The Needles. Check for Traps. Doraleous and Associates. The weekly magazine. Extra Punctuation. Alt + Esc. Context Sensitive. Reviews. News. Shamus Plays. Zero Punctuation. Game Dogs. I Hit it With My Axe. Science.

But a small sampling of the content on this site that Graham does not create.

Again, all due respect to Graham and the entire LRR crew, a collection of more wildly creative (and genuinely nice) people you are not likely to meet soon. But there are many, many talented people contributing to The Escapist every single day.

I not only adore Graham, but I happen to respect him a great deal. But to say that "He's in or has something to do with almost everything Escapist Magazine has to offer" is a bit insulting to the people who provide the rest of the site's content.
Well put.

Besides not everyone finds his stuff funny (ahem).
Not to say he isn't a big part of the escapist but I think a lot of people go into making this magazine.

Is there a write-in for "F--K Graham! Russ Pitts is The Escapist?"
I voted the Yahtzee one before I read the thread, but I'm pretty sure that this is the right answer.

...I mean this with the utmost respect, Lord Pitts. *bows and leaves the room walking backwards*

Heck, just look at the credits for a LRR video. There are more people on the Themis Media side than the LRR crew side, and without whom our, or any of the rest of the content on this site, wouldn't be here.

Edit: that sentence is hideously awkward - hopefully the meaning comes accross.

I used to think Robert Moran was The Escapist.

*Nostalgic flashback*

Oh, those were the days.

Graham Stark contributes a fair bit, but not nearly as much as the other people he is involved with, or those that he isn't involved with. Sure Graham does a shit ton of work as Matt mentioned, but everybody else does a fair bit as well. So the answer is no.

However, using LRRogic I've never seen both Graham and The Escapist on the same stage at once...

No he is not behind the Escapist because he is Canadian. And I find it difficult to believe that any Canadian is capable of being something other than the butt of a joke. Plus, I think those maple leaf enthusiasts are planning something.....

Yesterday I got out of a boring conversation and an extra shift by pretending I had plans(the notion is laughable).

I think that puts things into perspective, and that we've all learnt a little bit about who is, and who isn't the escapist.
