The German government will probably see this for the Satirical side it has and simply brush off these charges.
On the subject of censoring art, I think we have to be careful around that subject. On the one hand censoring should be up to the artist, but on the other there are artists who will do something for no other reason than shock value, and of course it would allow people to hide behind the 'its art' guise.
I can't argue with the German government wanting to censor pro-nazi material, but anti-nazi satire should (and probably will) be allowed.
