I don't really do anything when i'm gaming, I just sit there and go on auto pilot. It actually scares my family as apparently I don't say or do anything. One of my friends said that the most incensed he has ever seen me when playing a videogame is when I was playing DMC 4 and Nero was prancing about the screen like a whiny Dante cosplayer (which he essentially is). Apparently I developed a rather disturbing eye twitch.

My brother however, rage quits on a fairly regular basis.

Funnily enough Call of Duty:Modern Warfare 2 is the only game I've ever rage quit from; other than that I'm calm - even jolly when I die. 'Oh haha stupid old me'

I'm pretty guilty of rage-quitting in MW2 sometimes but only in the team deathmatch games where being down a man isn't as big of a factor since it'll probably be replaced quickly (probably with someone better, I'd be just adding to the death count for the team). But I never rage-quit out of a game like Halo or a MW2 objective type like search & destroy where every man counts.

I can get frustrated in those types but I don't rage in them. Especially Halo since if you are getting destroyed by a better team there's always an option for screwing around with the more unused weapons or even better mongoose splatter attempts.

I tend to get angry when doing arena in WoW and also getting killed by cheating bastards in MW2.

The only thing that I did out of anger was that I punched my keyboard so hard that the support legs in the left side broke due to the power of the punch.Other than that, when I have a bit of rages at MW2 I lift my mouse off the pad and hit it lightly against it.

The only game I got mad at was Super Ghouls and Ghosts for killing me off when I was 5 seconds from the real ending.

That cost me about a hundred bucks to fix the wall and to get a new controller.

My version of raging is: Calmly exiting the game, and playing a nice turn based rts instead.

The worst I've done was smash my feet into the ground so hard that they stung for about 15 minutes afterward. I think that's also right around the time I stopped playing MW2.

Video games don't get me much anymore; light swearing at most.
Poker, however... Fortunately you don't use a controller for that, and I value my laptop too much to harm it, but many a chair has felt my wrath!

Only Call of Duty or Gears of War online has resorted me to this, playing against and AI is easy and predictable, but real opponents, well it can make me rage at times, not because of the real players skill, but how the game can be so unbalanced or broke.
i.e 3 shotguns to a still opponent in GoW2 online does nothing, but one shot from them from several feet away instantly takes my head off.

AS much as I would love to say I stay calm, cool and collected, in all honesty I don't. In fact, my friends make a past time of watching me rage at videogames. Apparently it's more entertaining to watch me play than to actually play themselves. That says something about how bad I am when raging.
Because when I play a game I get totally immersed, every little thing can either make or break me. Even Flower, a supposedly "zen" game, made me so angry I threw my folding chair across the living room.
Flower.
I threw a chair.
I never hurt or break anything though......well, there was that one time with my old X-box....bless that poor system. I put that through more verbal and physical abuse than a child labourer in the industrial revolution.

Wow, just found this article, maybe they should post it in Call of Duty menus.

You get pissed off because that guy has killed you for the fifth time in a row even though you shot at him with your noob tube. Then join Rage Quitters Anonymous. Are proven 12 method will have you staying in games regardless of how many times you get kill by quote unquote bullshit.

Remember kids, Give a shit, Dont rage quit!
If you're the same group that is on Steam your main guys like to use admin powers to cheat. I've had two friends banned from your guy's servers for pointing out the fact that your leaders like to abuse admin powers while on your servers. So if you are the same group I'd suggest you take down your little advertisement of a post because the only way you guys know how to play well aginst better players is to cheat.
Honestly I have no idea what you are talking about. I just typed in rage quitting on google to see what came up. This was the first link so sorry if I misled you.

I get angry, a lot...but I enjoy it. And the feeling of utterly destroying somebody in revenge for overtaking you/shooting you earlier is...overwhelmingly satisfying.

I think I need help.
