Unrealistic, seeing that
A. A "realistic" video game is something of a contradictory phrase, games are intrinsically unrealistic. The guy sprinting around the map with dual-wielded anything is proof enough of that.
B. Not worrying about "realism" allows you to do some cool things. An example would be the game Haze, a game that no one played. However, there were some cool mechanisms that were in multiplayer that would never fit into a "realistic" context.
