I believe that since we all aim for an equal and unprejudiced society that we should be able to openly discuss our opinions on religion without having some stern faced, cyber-nanny walk in and hold our hands for the proceedings.
It's the internet, you're going to get people who dislike certain religions and people who like them. Provided that they can back their views up with sound reasoning and personal experience then there is absolutely nothing wrong with disliking a group or person (provided that you don't act upon that disliking), we are supposed to be accepting and tollerant of other people's views after all (that also includes giving people the right to dislike or hate).
I personally have no problems with any religion, race or country but that doesn't mean that I'll prohibit others from having issues (to try and do so would is essentially the same, in essence, as being biased against other religions).
We should be able to talk, joke and have interesting mass debates about such topics without worrying about political correctness or causing mass offence (within reason, we should still keep it civil and not allow it to degrade into hate speeches left, right and centre), you would probably see less in the way of prejudice and discrimination as a result.
